Individuals
Individual therapy can offer a safe and supportive space to explore core beliefs, identify barriers to healthy functioning, provide different perspectives, and facilitate growth. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities to attend to the needs of my individual clients and my approach is direct, authentic, and compassionate. Together, we will establish a plan to help you achieve your counseling goals. Let’s get outside your comfort zone!
Couples and Families
In relational therapy, I assist couples and families in increasing their understanding of their own patterns as well as attunement to others. We work to establish productive communication and healthy boundaries to increase overall satisfaction and connection. I place high value on exploring family history and other systems that may impact the couple or family dynamic. While the work may be challenging, relational therapy is often highly rewarding.
Eating Disorders
As a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist, I meet clients where they are and guide them towards and through their recovery journey. Using an individualized approach in therapy, I treat a wide variety of eating disorders and body image struggles-my philosophy aligns with Health at Every Size (HAES). I am a strong advocate for collaboration with other providers such as dietitians, psychiatrists, and primary care doctors as well as including loved ones whenever possible.
